  • Agreement between user and PokerLauncher.com

    The PokerLauncher.com (PokerLauncher, PL) website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. Your use of the PokerLauncher website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices. For the benefit of this agreement the name PokerLauncher is interchangeable with PL throughout.

    Note : Multiple accounting is prohibited. Players found to be misusing the RB, referral service may be banned and or their cashout may be canceled.
  • Modification of these terms of use

    PokerLauncher reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the PokerLauncher website is offered at any time without notice. These updates will take effect as soon as they are posted here. It is your responsibility to check back regularly for any changes. Please note that the rates of rakeback for which you qualify are determined by the Poker Rooms with whom we work. If for any reason the Poker Room decides to reduce this rate at a later date for any reason, it is not a decision that we can affect. Providing we are informed of such change as well, we will endeavour to give you notice as soon as we can. It is your responsibility when signing up to a poker room to make sure that you adhere to the terms and conditions of that room, and are not contravening any rules/laws that the poker room or the territory/state/country (in which you are resident) have governing an account such as age or legality to wager on line. If for whatever reason a poker room offering rakeback defaults on its agreement to pay rakeback to you, PL shall not be liable for any outstanding rakeback monies (including any outstanding monies or prizes for previous or current promotions, including but not limited to rake races, chases and cash/prize freerolls) owed to any player by that room.

    By signing up through PokerLauncher you accept that your rake and other data such as points/hands played will be provided to us by the poker room/casinos with whom we are affiliated. You also accept that we will on occasion, for the purpose of races, freerolls and other leader boards display this data publicly. We will never display or disclose to a third party any other personal data specific to you of your account.

  • Validity and Expiry

    Rakeback rewards/points are valid only for 6 months from the date of accumulation. Eg:- if you have received rakeback rewards in your PL wallet in the month of Jan 2016, then, if not cashed out, the same will expire in July 2016.

  • Links to third party sites

    The PokerLauncher website may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of PokerLauncher and PokerLauncher is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site.     As a condition of your use of the PL website, you warrant to PokerLauncher that you will not use the PL website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the PL website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the PL website or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the PL website.   • Key Points to remember

    Multi-accounting is not allowed on Pokerlauncher. If a player is found to be operating multiple ids. His/her accounts may be deactivated and funds withheld.

    All players are mandated to complete the profile section along with KYC.

    Rakeback/RB credited to the player’s wallet will be valid for 6 months (180 days). Players will have to claim the amount within said time frame. After the due date RB will expire and the player will not be able to make a cashout request.

    If the referred player is inactive for 3 months. He/she will be removed from the parent’s network.

    A player inactive for 3 months will not be eligible for referral bonus/ RB of the players referred by him (child players) in the network.

    Players will be eligible to claim the referral rakeback bonus for a period of 6 months or up to the value Rs.10K (Whichever milestone is achieved first) the counter will start on the day referred player is tagging under a player’s network.
