• Run the floor on shift: open and close tables, manage waiting lists and keep games moving
• Make fair, final rulings under the House Code, calmly and consistently
• Lead, schedule and coach the dealers and front-of-house team
• Train new dealers to the PokerLauncher Standard and check their work on the table
• Look after members: welcome regulars, settle concerns and keep the room calm and well run
• Oversee entry and ID checks, the member app and daily records
• Keep the shift log and report to the club manager on attendance, tables and incidents
• Help open the club: hire and train the first team and run the launch nights

• Aged 18 or above, with a valid government ID
• 2+ years running a card room, club floor or hospitality team
• Deep knowledge of poker rules and procedure, and the confidence to apply them
• Clear, confident spoken English and Hindi
• Comfortable with a phone app and basic computer work
• Evening and night shifts, and willing to relocate for an opening
